Invitation Letter
A letter of invitation will be supplied to all our registered participants, if they request one. Please note that the invitation letter is for visa purposes only and does not mean any financial assistance to receiver.

Cancellations
Registration and accommodation fees, February 1, 2010 up to 50% in the cancel will be refunded. Cancellations made after this date will not be refundable. All refunds will be made after the congress.

Congress Badge
Badges will be distributed to all participants and accompanying persons. Guests without badges will not be able to attend strictly to the convention activities.

Certificate of Attendance
Certificates will be distributed to all participants in April 10 , 2010
